Leut’s Castle Park is an English park with many special and impressive trees. ‘Pipa’s Castle Park’ kids’ walk has been available since March 2019.
Pipa, daughter of Lord Vilain XIIII, takes you on a tour of her favourite places. Along the way, you will meet her six sisters, who challenge you to play, dance, and sing with them. This interactive walk is completely free; all the stories and tasks are on the boards that you will encounter along the way. The trail is quite passable with the pram. Ideal for children aged 2 and a half and older!
The aim of this family trail is to get the kids out of the pram and into nature.
If you bring a folding pram, you can follow the course with some small obstacles along the way. If you have a large pram or wheelchair with you, you will have to drive around the Maashofweg near the forest via the Genootstraat and the Dreef to get back to the starting point.
There is a narrow passage in the forest & an obstruction for cyclists and cars at the Berceau.
Address: Dreef 148, 3630 Maasmechelen
