From the banks of the Zuid-Willemsvaart, you set off for a unique, and, literally, high-level experience. The Kruinenpad runs through the treetops, like a real air-bridge over the mine subsidence area. From this unique track, you get a privileged view of the curious effects of mine subsidence. And, you’ll also be amazed by the number of birds and insects among the trees. The Kruinenpad is 181 metres long.

Parking (bike)
Is located between bicycle junctions 55 and 48.
A bicycle rack is provided at the Kruinenpad.
Parking (car)
Park at the end of the Kerkhofstraat, parallel to the road.
Walk up in the direction of the canal bank. The Kruinenpad is located on your right.
Parking for wheelchair users
There is no dedicated parking available for wheelchair users. Please park parallel in Langstraat and walk towards the towpath along the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal. Continue for 500 m under the bridge until you reach Kruinenpad.
