The Ranger takes you on a culinary nature walk with tastings from the nature of the National Park. He lets you discover the scents and flavors! During this walk, we focus on plants with a unique taste and smell. At various stops, the Ranger talks about the medicinal properties, occurrence, traditional use, legends, and culinary qualities of these plants. Think of the juniper berry, which has long been used to flavor gin – and from which the drink gets its name. He also lets you taste fruits, seeds, or preparations in typical National Park products such as a National Park liqueur, NPHK candy, and more.
