The National Park Challenge is a custom-made team-building activity set in the unique environment of the Hoge Kempen National Park, under the expert guidance of the Rangers.
This is an engaging and diverse activity with a competitive element that will bring out the best in your team. At the same time, it is a fun and relaxing experience that fosters great group dynamics.
Multiple teams compete against each other.
The challenge consists of completing all tasks assigned by the Rangers within the given time. Teams decide among themselves who takes on which tasks, in what order they will complete them, etc. To succeed, they must rely on skills such as teamwork, organization, timing, and creativity. The tasks are highly varied and offer something for everyone: creative, coordination-based, physical challenges, IQ tests, and more. Some tasks require participants to spread out across the terrain, where they will be met by Rangers at different locations.
Important: The tasks are chosen to ensure that everyone has a role to play. Even unexpected skills may turn out to be crucial for the team’s success!
This keeps motivation high and strengthens team cohesion.
