An excellent opportunity to visit the climate chambers of the Ecotron. The Ranger will explain why this research facility is so unique and what research is being conducted. After several years of climate research, initial results are already available.

The Ranger will guide you through the darkness and immerse you in the full moon atmosphere with his stories. How did people experience darkness in the past? What is it like to live in the night as an animal? What strange sounds can you hear at night? These and many other questions will be answered on the walk. You may bring a flashlight, but use it only in emergencies.

The ranger will take you on a culinary nature walk with tastings of natural products from the National Park. Discover the scents and flavors! During this walk, we will focus on plants with unique tastes and smells. At various stops, the ranger will discuss the medicinal properties, distribution, folk usage, legends, and culinary features of these plants. For instance, the juniper berry, traditionally used to flavor gin… and from which the drink gets its name. You will also have the chance to taste fruits, seeds, or preparations in typical National Park products like National Park liqueur, NPHK candies, etc.
